You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 711bit login credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any third party. All 711bit accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Transactions made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and applicable conversion fees may apply.
711bit is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (including the AMLA as amended) to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit the following documents when requested:

Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be designated as dormant. 711bit reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any such fees are applied. Any remaining balance at the time of account closure will be held for a period consistent with applicable Philippine law.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 711bit — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards — are subject to the wagering requirements and conditions specified in the individual promotion terms. Where a conflict exists between these General Terms and individual promotion terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion. Where a wagering requirement is not specified, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.

Practices including but not limited to low-risk "bonus hunting," collusion between accounts to complete wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures are prohibited. 711bit reserves the right to cancel bonus funds and associated winnings and suspend accounts where bonus misuse is identified.
711bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are subject to availability and may be region-specific or user-specific at 711bit's discretion.

In the event of a dispute between you and 711bit, you agree to first contact 711bit support to seek an informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts or regulatory authority in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
These Terms shall not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
